**All appointments and office inquiries are handled over the phone, our office uniquely does not have a “front desk”. Please call and we’ll answer your inquiries as quickly as possible.**

Our Goal

Our ultimate goal is to help you feel comfortable with your dental care.

We are in network with the insurances listed below and a few others. Please call your insurance carrier to verify Dr. Koehn is in network with your insurance before calling to make a new patient appointment. You are ultimately responsible for any services that are rendered that are not covered by your insurance. Pre-treatment estimates are encouraged upon request.

No insurance? No problem! We'd be happy to talk to you about your membership plan! Our team handles multiple plans every day and can answer your questions. We take pride in helping our patients interpret their benefits.

We are pleased to work with CareCredit and ScratchPay to allow you to spread your payments out over several months, if this is a better option for you and your family’s needs.
